kim s | Overall ExperienceThe closing hours arnt clear. As with how long you are checked-in for. I accidebtally tripped the alarm once while leaving and it was terrifying/startling. I guess thats on me, but i think it was from me being auto-checked-out by staying too long? I dont know.
Indigo M | Overall ExperienceI had one of the bigger units and it was only accessible to 430 every day. That made it hard for me to get there before I couldn't access my stuff. I started making less money and couldn't pay. Uhaul offered a solution that I move out in one day and we would be done. Thank God. I just wanted my baby books and a few other personal items. Nothing of monetary value and was ready to just walk away from it all. Thank you uhaul for not letting me loose everything.
