I have always U-Haul for my moving needs. This location and staff all added up to a disastrous experience. First the checkout rep did not read the gas levels right so he marked it up wrong. Upon return it took us 30 min. to work that out resulting in what is now 2 pending charges on my credit card the first $154.89 (the incorrect amount) & the second $95.94 (the so called correct amount with gas adjusted). I was told by the clerk the incorrect amount will drop off my credit card. We shall see. Needless to say I am highly disappointed. I expect this kind of incompetence and over charging from places like Hertz, Budget, etc... not U-Haul a brand I have always used and suggested for all my friends. Moving is stressful and expensive enough. I hope that the employee I dealt with and his superior take the time to be less careless and actually record the correct information so as to avoid customer service issues especially since you make your money charging mileage and gas. Being incorrect with those two things gives off the vibe that it is easier to try to cheat your customers than to record the correct information.

I've been to a lot of U-Haul locations around the country and this one really is the best. First of all the staff just seems to function well as a team in a way you rarely see. They're staffed well and keep a huge inventory of equipment in stock. Check-in/out is always very efficient. Tell the staff to keep up the good work.

I picked up a trailer and realized when I got home that the uhaul staff didn't take off the lock. It delayed my moving process another hour. I tried calling the location for help and never received a call back. I then drove back to the location and had to find someone to take off the uhaul lock. Prior to picking up the trailer, I called the location for help questions and nobody ever picked up the phone or called me back. Overall, I found the staff relatively unfriendly, slow and uninterested. They are constantly confused and irritated with each other. I would never go back to this location or recommend it to a friend. I am amazed this location is still in business.

I have gone to this center over and over because the staff is so efficient and friendly. They get me in and out quickly - which matters to me as a businessman. George was my tech this time and he was competent, friendly and fast.

The Manager was a very abusive to his employees and customers. The Manager is not equipped to manage in a diverse community. He needs some sensativity training. I will continue to use Uhaul, but only in other locations.

The credit card machine was not working for some reason and it took an hour to complete process! I returned vehicle with gas at same level as when I left with van! but, when I called the next morning to inquire about total, I was told "$6.00 worth of gas was put in vehicle"! So, I had to go in and correct issue because "I took picture of odometer & gas level" when I dropped off van the night before! Employee named "Ricky" interrupted the conversation I was having with the gentleman that was waiting on me "questioning me like he was my father"! I am a 56 year old U.S. Marine that is a former Radio Personality in Boston and I politely told him " I am having a conversation with this man who is waiting on me, and you are not part of the conversation"! He needs additional customer service training! Thank you and be well!

UHAUL sent a confirmation that DID NOT include the change of location - so we went to the WRONG location to pick up our vehicle - they WERE NOT HELPFUL at the location WE WERE SENT TO - actually aggravated that we showed up there. We then had to find UHAUL on a phone line - and be sent elsewhere - where they tried to help us BUT their computer internet was not working - causing us over 3 hours of delays. YOU NEED to CONFIRM LOCATIONS BEFORE we need to be at that location, not AFTER we arrive at the wrong location and TELL YOU that you made a mistake. Poor UHAUL communications to customers. Anthony at the location we used was EXTREMELY helpful and kind.
