The tank was 3/4 full and I was still charged the fee of 34.95. I feel ripped off so I would not recommend renting with Uhaul do to costs.

I had to wash all the cabs windows before I went on the interstate. The left front tire needed to be filled. The employees on the lot were having an ugly loud argument. When I returned my paperwork reflecting the beginning mileage was MORE than when I returned . ?????

I Was Totally Disappointed With Chanel, Bad Attitude Very Unprofessional Because She Was Frustrated Because I Was Asking About Why The Rates For The Miles Was High. So I Called The 1-800# And Spoke With Todd And Corporate. So, I Proceeded And Told Chanel What I Was Quoted. "She Turns Around To Her Co-worker And Said I Ain't Got Time Going Back And Forth About Any Rates With Her". Wow, I Just Looked At Her And Ask For Her Name While I Continue To Finalize My Contract. As A Valuable Customer And Doing Lots Of Business With Uhaul I Definitely Shouldn't Deal With Or Experience Bad Customer Service When I'm Paying My Money And Doing Plenty Of Business...I'm Calling Corporate Today. Then They Gave Me The Wrong Truck That Was Confusing, But (James Desmond), Did A Great Job Fixing The Outside Promblem Because I Vented And Told Him I Wasn't Happy About The Service Inside With Chanel's At Customer Service In Uhaul At Mass Ave. People Need Job's And She Need Classes On Customer Service. Not Happy At All Plus Over Charge On Gas ? I Took A Pic

The van smelled like an ashtray! It needs to be professionally cleaned or taken out of circulation. The tank was on 7/8. I would have preferred it filled, Trying to fill to 7/8 is tricky and in the end, if the client accidentally overfills like I did trying ti get it to 7/8, you as the vendor win out!

You can mention to all your customers in bold lettering there's a 10$ convention center surcharge on top of the 20$ rental fee with every rental.

This location is the most ghetto place I think I’ve ever been! people fighting and arguing in the parking lot, the man who checked me out upon return had a cigarette in his mouth it was blowing smoke at me and everybody else! it was just gusting! I was treated like a pure trash. I will never ever use this location again!

The fuel experience was fucking stupid. We got uhaul at a 1/4 tank, and were told to return it with the same fuel level. Problem is the truck itself was a tick below the level we agreed to fill it to. Thereafter on return of the truck we ended up overfilling the truck because of the fear that we’d be charged. Leaves a real bad taste in the mouth for the customer. There has got to be a better way in fucking 2017

This has nothing to do with either location. Staff at this location and the other location were great. This has to do with UHauls call center and customer service. I made a reservation and realized after two weeks that no one from Uhaul called me like the email said someone would. So I HAD TO CALL and be on the phone for ONE HOUR. Turns out the system had the wrong preferred pick up location (even though I double checked my email which had the correct pick up location) and I didn't have a 15 ft truck reserved either. In order to get the correct pick up location, j had to downsize my truck which wasn't a big issue but still annoying. THEN I show up at the pick up location and turns out NONE of the information I spent an hour fixing over the phone the day before was updated in UHauls system so I had to start all over again. What a pain.

I was told to bring back the tank of gas on full but when I left and started driving it was not full. I only went 10.6 miles but had to put in $22 of gas to get the tank to read full.

We had to wait for some time before leaving the parking lot to ensure the existing damage was properly marked on our cargo van. It would have been helpful if any existing damage to the vehicle we were renting had been marked in advance. That said, as soon as Errol realized we needed assistance, he took care of us, and we were quickly on our way. Drop off also was quick with everything handled electronically right at the vehicle.
