Your representatives at the 270 Bolyston street were extremely rude. I had come to the location to pick up my vehicle and they did not have it. They were verbally abrasive. They weren't just rude to me but to also customers before me. They didn't even call me to let me know beforehand that I would have to go to a different location. I had to pay for a $25 dollar cab to the different location. It also delayed my trip. I will NEVER go back or recommend the uHaul on RTE 9. It was an awful experience. The ladies at 985 Mass ave were great!

Surrounding area sketchy, especially for after hours drop off. I would recommend taking an uber home rather than walking to bus stop. Place itself was great.

uhaul has always be there and satisfied my needs. The employees were rude — everyone was rude when I arrived and expected me to know my way around though I'd never been there before. Though on pick-up the two people who handled the car were very personable and friendly.

Fantastic experience dropping off my Uhaul. I mistakenly left my laptop in the truck, and was awoken with a call at 6:15am letting me know that they found it. Nice to know there are still helpful people in the world. Thanks so much!!

I was very pleased with the customer service, until I drove my truck through morning traffic, to my apartment, only to find that the man who set us up in the truck had not given us the key to the lock for the truck. So I was stuck at my apartment with hourly paid workers with a locked truck. I had to then go back, in traffic, to the location (because you can't call the place directly and U-Haul corporate "wrote an email" - not helpful) and get the key directly from the man. This was SO stressful and really ruined the initial pleasant experience I had had. I was refunded 20% of my rental fee. I felt this was not nearly enough for the travel back and forth (uber), the stress, the stress on my movers who had to move things twice basically (up and out) and then in the truck once it was finally unlocked. I also was given the go-around calling and filing a report. I am a loyal U-Haul customer and always use them for my move but this was unacceptable and I am not happy with the refund they gave me.

When you open for business, already have the registration lines fully staffed and ready to go - there were about 20 people waiting when the doors opened, and then one representative only for the first 10 minutes and then finally two other reps appeared.

Thank you very much U-Haul for all you help when I had to move out on my first beautiful apartment. This was April of 2016 and it was very difficult experience for me and a very hard transition. However, U-Haul Company grate customer service was a one in a million as well your wonderful personal touch, it made my moving experience one in a million. The check in process was very long even though there was no one in front of me. There were lots of people behind the counter but they processed one customer at a time and all seemed to be occupied in the phone with prospective customers. The staff were very nice but not especially interested in moving quickly.

These people are something else also, I return the truck within my 24hrs time slot and they just took it apond thier self to just add two extra days on my contract. they also added other charges Iam so upset have not been able to talk to anyone about my explosed bill. make so sence at all I will go to the location. what a rip off.

by honoring your customer's request. If you customer request that their credit not be charge that should bee requested. But it was not in my case.. Which i was disappointment because that did not happen in my case. other then that every else was okay.

I had an issue with one of your worker and the truck that I rented, when I returned the truck he looked it over and said that there is a small nick by the back left turning light and I told him that I did not cause that nick on the truck he replied that it did not leave the lot that way. I had insurance on the truck but that is not the issue, I did not cause that damage to the truck, when I left the lot I drove to my church parking lot with the help of four other men we placed 12 round tables in the truck and take them to another church parking lot and then back to U-hall lot, I never came close to anything to back-up against to cause that nick. Whatever condition they gave me the truck in that is how it was return. Thank you Al Knight
