I asked your employee at the counter if there was an after hour rental return. She informed me there was. I really appreciate the ability to return after hours. However when I brought the van back the entire lot was full with only 15 minute parking spots open which I was afraid to use due to the sign on your door about parking illegally. I ended up parking in front of the garage and then had to weave my way between vehicles to find the drop off box. The lot had spots of ice and water and I feel hurting my knee and hip....luckily there were two homeless guys there to help me. I am sore but am sure I will be fine. So while I am really happy to be able to return after hours it was quite the painful experience.

Trailer was full of moving blankets, stunk like cigarettes, and we ended up finding some used packages for rx drugs for treating opiod dependencies... I assumed someone was living in the trailer at some point. Also worth noting that the moving blankets left me feeling itchy all over every time I touched them.

I was able to pick up truck an hour before my scheduled time. Everything was ready for me to go once I checked in.



I was given a rate of 1.09 when I got to the location they told me it was 1.59 they charged me for 10 that I do not know cashier didn't seem like she wanted to be there my first and last time I went to uhaul

I went to pick up a U-Haul van at the New Family Market in Dorcester, but when I got there, I was told the van had a flat. They didn't even bother to call me. Fortunately, at the last minute, we were able to find U-Haul Moving & Storage at Mass Ave in Boston. We got our van quickly and were so pleased with the professional service! I highly recommend this place!

The vehicle was clean, but the radio was broken and the overhead storage was pulled apart. Check in went OK, the line was 14 deep but moved well considering. Check out was excellent. Over all fine experience and I would come back. I must say, if you are already charging $3.50 per gallon to refill, a $30.00 fee is EXCESSIVE! I brought is back above the received level and was not charged for this, but I think it's way too high!

My experience was quite poor. The associates working at the rental desk made no effort to greet me when I approached the desk. The First Lady told me to move to a different desk because she was busy. I went to second where the lady was on the phone with a customer. After hangin the line she kept me waiting because another associate needed her help. Even though a third associate was available to help him. The guys giving out the rentals were quite rude and didn't even response to a simple greeting from me. Mind blowing the lack of customer service quite frankly. The associate who I rented the van from was very friendly at my point of return.

1. Make sure that when a customer gets a cargo van they get a key with a clicker that locks and unlocks the all doors. Otherwise they have to put the key in the ignition and turn it on every time you want to open the rest of the doors in the van, (that is after they figure out that that's how you unlock all the doors), big inconvenience. 2. Make sure that the customer service people at the front desc don't argue with customers when the customer insists that the key should come with a clicker, and tell the customer that "no, they don't always come with a clicker, many times they don't". 3. When a customer calls the store for help because they got locked out of the vehicle, (because they had to put the keys in the ignition every time they needed to unlock), and the contract with the "Road Assistance" phone number is locked inside the cabin, please make sure that the customer service gives the customer that number promptly, and doesn't sent the customer to go to the U Haul website to look for that number. Unfortunately that was my last experience. Previously, until this last time, my experience with U-Haul has been very good. Thank you.



Having the trucks at a quarter tank is just a another trip to the gas . Before you leave the lot. Have to gas up twice. Adds more miles to travel. You get more miles yet I must detour from my point of travel. Just fyi a half tank of gas save a lot more when filled up. At a 1/4 tank . I'm losing money because gas burners more when less gas in the tank. So my cost goes up. Is this the new business plan for U-haul. Or just lazy people at this location. Frank 617-592-3851

When I went to pick up the Van I was unclear where to stand and wait for help, no indication of line forms here or anything. Then there were 4 employees but only on person being helped, and there was a lot of personal conversations going on, I was the only person waiting to be helped. After 5 minutes someone offered to help.

the truck I rented did not meet my needs 1. windshield wipers blades fell off during operation 2. truck had no gas in it just made it to gas station as I was pulling up to gas pump ran out of gas 3. front end of truck very noisy (squeaking popping noise 4. truck had no power hard time trying to accelerate

The Rep that help me was Teron Hollins, he was amazing, he answered all my questions and helped me out with an issue i had not knowing about the trucks, he also offered me storage and i couldnt believe the prices they was cheap too, he is a good salesman, when it comes to the Uhaul Business, I am telling all my family and friends to go see him, He should be a manager, he is very respectful, and hardworking.. Can't wait to rent again at Uhaul of Mass and see him Thanks Teron Incredible Work....
