MAKE SURE YOUR VEHICLES ARE IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION BEFORE YOU RENT THEM TO PEOPLE. MY TRUCK BROKE DOWN AFTER WE LOADED OUR TRUCK AND WERE READY TO DRIVE TO THE NEW HOUSE. THE TRUCK WOULDN'T START. THIS OCCURED AT 12AM, IT WAS COLD, RAINING/ SNOWING AND WE HAD KIDS WITH US AS WELL. I CALLED THE 24HR. ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE # and I WAS TOLD THEY COULD NOT FIND ANYONE TO HELP BUT LATER TOLD ME SOMEONE WOULD COME IN 2-3 HOURS. WE WAITED IN A COLD TRUCK FOR 21/2 HRS. IT WAS AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE AND NO CUSTOMER SHOULD NOT HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS.

This is now the second major issue I've had with this U-Haul location, and I'll never be using U-Haul again as a result. The truck did not work properly before I even left the lot. It wouldn't move when I put it into Drive, so they told me to put it into 3rd gear. I was never able to go above 20-25 mph, and it broke down four times. There was also a leak inside the truck and the pouring rain got in and ruined some of my belongings. Not to mention the truck was given to me with less than 1/8 of a tank of gas, and it broke down before I had a chance to get to a gas station. The manager was not there the day this happened, he was supposed to call me the next day, it's been a week and I still haven't heard from him. You've lost a customer who has used U-Haul many times over the years, and I'll be telling everyone I know about my now second horrible experience.

The truck's interior was pretty dirty and the transmission sounded like it had issues. My estimated bill was not accurate. I got lots of charges for things I didn't ask for as well as unexplained charges. Plus, when I went to check-in and ask for more than the 3 hours I reserved it due to the traffic report, she told me I actually had 24 hours with the truck so to not worry about it... then I got charged a late fee for being 15 mins past my original reserve time.

Two employees at the counter on the morning of Saturday 11/30 from 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM. Line was out the door for hours. Waited in line for over an hour. Reserved a week prior and checked in online to "save time" in store.

The guys working outside are great! They’re very organized and work super quickly to get your van/truck ready. However, the customer service inside is something that could be worked on. The whole process is extremely slow. I waited in a line for 25 mins and I did do an express check-in. Maybe you guys could explore making a lane for only express check-ins and that could make the inside better.

The staff were very friendly, however it was quite chaotic with an extremely long line and only 2 clerks. Then the computers weren’t working. No paperwork was Provided/completed. Our Ubox sat there for days without being scanned as arrived causing delays.

Awful experience. Scheduled pickup with the app and was told by two workers that we are better off going inside and waiting in line, despite the app showing the truck number we were to get. They showed zero interest in helping us. We went inside and there were 8 people in a line that didn’t move for at least 15 minutes. The two women working behind the counter were unbelievably slow and made unnecessary casual conversation, stopping their work while doing so, at the expense of those in line, which increased to 11 people by the time we cut to the front and said we just needed they key. Finally get the key and go to the truck and were told that we were all set - just start the truck and go. Asked if we could confirm our dollies (paid for) were in the back and were told that they likely were NOT there (???). On top of it, the back of the truck was master locked. Had we listened to the guy, we would have driven off and not even been able to open the back when we got home. And he was correct - the dollies were not in the truck.
