How U-Haul Reviews WorkSomeone went into my unit taken my belongers and your facility is infested with mice. So my of my clothing were destroyed I taken pictures Robert and couple of was respectful and kind. There was a I believe he was Spanish he was so rude to me he also didn't informed us about the loading dock we used the stairs until we seen him showing others the experience was horrible. I will be filing a claim.

ARMANI J | Overall ExperienceI checked out of my unit yesterday and while going through my things I had mice and roaches in my stuff which had to be thrown away. I had mice chewing on boxes and even came across a dead mouse in my unit. Paying $174 you expect to not have these issue. Items had to be thrown away because I just didn’t want the chance of bringing mice and roaches back to my apartment.
TENEISHA P | Overall ExperienceIt has been one of the most frustrating customer experiences I've ever had. I have an open case regarding a rodent vermin, which damaged my belongings and forced me to throw some of them away for health reasons. I’m sure this is a wider problem in this building and that other units are infested as well. In addition, the hours have been very inconvenient, and I have concerns about the building’s security, especially the number of people who sneak into the building.
