There was a group of what seemed to be undocumented young men living in the units adjacent to ours. Our unit was completely blocked with trash and inaccessible. I will be reporting this to the City of Boston. All that being said, Brandon in the main office was wonderful. So helpful and kind.
Nick D | Overall ExperienceI've used U-Haul at several different locations, but this place truly has the best customer service. What impressed me the most was how well everyone communicated with each other. The teamwork was amazing, and everything was organized and finished so quickly. I especially want to thank Jacqueline (I hope I got your name right) and the young African American college student. They were both incredibly efficient, but what stood out even more was how calm, patient, and reassuring they were throughout the whole process. They made everything feel easy and stress-free. Also, don't get the wrong impression just because they work quickly or speak fast. They never made me feel rushed. Everyone was genuinely kind, professional, and happy to help. I'm truly grateful for all of your help. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful day such a great experience!

One UHaul gentleman helped me find the entrance to the storage facility and he even made sure that an individual who was roaming around did not get access to the facility. Another IHaul gentleman inside the storage helped me locate my unit number and also made sure that the same questionable individual did not remain on the premises without proper access. The lady at the front desk was polite, helpful and quickly helped me return a few items and showed me how to check out on the machine.
Irini A | Online Move InEverything was good with two exceptions. You have great staff. Just not enough of them. The card device to enter the facility is a complete pain. Other than that, my experience with U-Haul was very good

ROBERTO A | Overall ExperienceI would not go there without a man with me. The junkies are out of control. I left to find a storage I could go to and feel comfortable coming and going. It was a good thing the staff was nice and helpful, other than that Absolutely Not! I am handicapped and it should state, not handicapped accessible! Hated I stored my stuff there.
