I saw a rat in the basement , and there was oil from a unit that leaked under the wall and onto the floor of my basement unit. In my unit on the second floor, we found a rat's nest under my sofa.

Ubox lock damaged/bent. Movers had to cut. Contents also damaged. Furniture was damaged. Armoire door bashed in and metal hinges broken. Still have unopened boxes so could be more issues.

We need a local facility to store Sunday Church equipment heavy on wheels. We load at 6AM. Website says 24 hr access via stairs but doesn`t say no ramp outside biz hrs. This was a mistake.

My only complaint was that I was told I did not have a reservation for a storage unit. I had to show documentation via email that I reserved a unit because they had no record of my reservation.

When I emptied unit D-1349 it was apparent somebody had opened some of the boxes, etc. - the walls do not reach the ceiling. Consider installing some kind of barrier between the units.
