The lady at the convenience store is almost entirely unhelpful and useless. The actual key drop off was fine thankfully. Dropping off the truck was a nightmare - there’s basically no room to park and impossible to navigate to park.

The lady who I talked to at the store was very kind and helpful
kato mI booked the van at 8am but the store didn’t leave the key or set the lockbox code so I could not get in the van. I waited 3 hours until the store opened at 11am and then the store didn’t open… I found the phone number of the owner in the window and called, and she had slept in and said she would drive to the store and be there by 11:30am. I was finally able to hit the road at noon but considering I booked the van for self pick up at 8am this completely ruined the day and was a terrible customer experience. The folks on the phone I spoke to at U-Haul were helpful and kind, but this pickup location was a disaster.
