They never checked us out or in, just handed us the keys , we put the same amount of fuel back in slightly more actually & then they charged us for two more gallons absolutely ridiculous , when you try calling the business the number is no longer in service, I deserve some kind of compensation

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe employee was nice and helpful. However, there was almost no internet connection at the location. There was some trash in the vehicle when I picked it up.
Matt HCheck in process is very aggravating. Trying to get checked in at same time other conv. store customers are checking out is an annoying. Dropped off trailer after hours AS INSTRUCTED By store owner since there was another reservation for it early next day. I was still charged an extra day and had to go through the hassle of getting a refund. All of my future trailer rental needs will be done with private owners and independent equipment rental businesses. Setting up a rental online before going to pickup does not in any way streamline the process.
CHRISTOPHER WWas due back $10 but never got it.
Esther SRude, bad customer service Gave me a trailer with no straps Ask for another trailer, said no that’s the he wants to give me
