I was charged for a 186 miles trip when I actually only drove 25 miles from Bowie, MD to Upper Marlboro, MD. It's unfair to be charged $426 for a short trip! I rented from Uhaul not expecting this kind of problem! I have a picture of the initial mileage of the odometer, which was incorrect in the receipt. I filed a dispute through the Uhaul app and was told that I have to wait for 3 days for this issue to be resolved. I hope this gets resolved soon as I need my money for other moving expenses.
