JAMES CService was friendly. Main issue was that the straps on the trailer were all messed up. We had a lot of difficulty pulling those out and wrapping our tires securely and constantly had to retighten. The difficulty led to our car bouncing around so much at one point that it bounced o. the front of the trailer. Then we couldn't take the straps off and the Uhaul staff who also tried ended up cutting the straps
