The U-Haul representative was quick and efficient - so the paperwork was pretty painless. He was knowledgeable - which always helps. The equipment was in good condition and the moving pads were clean. The office is a bit messy and the looks a bit run down. But, to overuse an old phrase - shouldn't judge a book by it's cover.
