Frank BUsing the app for picking up the truck was problematic. There were many more steps for allowing pickup that were not explained ahead of time and seemed unnecessary- calling a contact, calling employer. I don’t need these steps for a rental car.
STEVEN DThe location is almost in third world state. The air inside the trailer is nasty and the air conditioner is completely black with dust. The guy was nice but the location is disgusting
THOMAS HFix the software problems. All the Agents were very polite and helpful but trying to get truck on your 24/7 needs a lot of work for it operate properly.

Malik OThe ramp was covered with something very slick and i fell/slipped all the way down while trying to bring a heavy stove on the dolly down the ramp. My 2 friends had to grab the dolly and stove before it fell off the ramp. The inside of the truck was slick as well but i dealt with that but didnt realize the ramp was superslick and lucky i was not extremely hurt and runover by the dolly with the stove. other than that i had no problems with the truck. BIENVENIDO ADrop off was not far from where I lived. Gas station was right next to drop off although I forget to fill up but U-Haul filled up what I used which is really nice and convenient when you are busy moving and forgetting to fill up like myself. The office was closed but I was able to find a spot to reverse into and put the keys in the drop-box.

JASPER HThe truck was self pickup before office hours and it was blocked in by other equipment I was barely able to get it out and the lock box for the keys was a mess as well it was very hard to open
