The mileage had a mile added on the odometer compared to what the online app said. I was hoping it would be an easy fix but the online app kept giving me memory error and would not let me upload the picture of the odometer reading. I know it's only a mile but it still adds up when you are paying by the mile.
EDWARD MYou need to make some of the choices not applicable. I dropped it off when it was closed. Parking lot has large potholes and lot needs paving.

ANTHONY BThe U-Haul representative was quick and efficient - so the paperwork was pretty painless. He was knowledgeable - which always helps. The equipment was in good condition and the moving pads were clean. The office is a bit messy and the looks a bit run down. But, to overuse an old phrase - shouldn't judge a book by it's cover.
