Everything went well, the person I talked to on the phone was very nice, However the address is incorrect. The address took me to a school that seemed like it could be a uhual location. They had a drop box and some unmarked trucks parked behind a fense. I called the phone number provided to me to confirm I was at the correct location but found I was not. The person told me this has happened in the past. I hope this can be corrected to prevent any futher confusion. I wanted to say the person was super nice and helpful, just inconvient about the address mix up. Thanks for listening.

This was actually well laid out and made it easy to pick up versus past experiences.
Anthony WVery shady location. Trash everywhere and felt very dirty. There was a lot of butts, cans and trash everywhere. Not at all what I was expecting
Dale BDropped it off at 12:23pm.. place was closed and locked down. not to mention, there did not appear to be a hair salon on site..no signage at all, just a uhaul equipment sign out by the road. and google maps took me a half mile from the site. i happened to find it by pure luck
