I can’t recommend this location to a friend due to the appearance of the location as it doesn’t reflect an official U-haul location and honestly would be hard for someone to navigate and find an associate to get there truck rental. I was also given inadequate information about drop off which has resulted in me having to dispute an erroneous charge of over $250 additional due to being misguided about where to drop off my u-haul truck rental.
David MThere was one individual taking care of customers and he just took the key and said I was all set. No receipt, no inspection of the truck etc. I thought that was odd so I called customer support which was excellent. I was so glad to be able to talk to a human being pretty quickly on the phone. The person on the phone was extremely helpful.
