I originally wanted to pick up a U-Haul right beside the location we were moving from. U-Haul changed it to a location that was further away when there were uhauls available at the location I wanted. It's very unnecessary for the customer to choose the location they want and U-Haul change it to a different location. The location we got it from the little lady at the front desk couldn't help us at first and acted like she wasn't gonna let us pick it up. She ended up having to call someone and my husband had to do a few things for her cause she was unable to climb up in the truck and there were also no other employees that spoke English at this location. She was a very nice lady but picking up a truck shouldn't be as big as a problem as it was for us.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkNo one was on site when I dropped it off. But to be fair, I dropped it off earlier than scheduled.
Rachel KDue to lack of trading, they did not enter correct drop off per U Haul help desk and got charged an extra $34 for incorrect drop off. Very frustrating and costly.
Dean HIt was terrible an the fact they lied about the mileage and charged me gas after I put gas in it is ridiculous an the U-Haul was dirty when I picked it up
