Not their fault, but my truck wasn't even in their system yet. They were very nice and helpful.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe whole process was seamless and easy. Customer service was great. Very kind patient and respectful
Joey AEven though I paid for two dollies, and wanted to add on moving blankets at the site, they only had one dolly available, and one single moving blanket, rather than a full set. I was still charged for two dollies even though only one was provided!!! This was frustrating! And the reservation took an hour to complete, even though I had reserved online and done the pre-check in.
Madelyn PThe truck was kind of dirty (just a little dont want to get charge) other than that everything was great.
Ollie RWas told it would be 19.95 instead it's 29.95 and was NOT told about the 15.00 charge for "smart mover"
