When renting the auto haul trailers, get the prices lower. We only had the trailer for 2 days but yet we were charged the 4 day package. Maybe make a discount for those that don't have it for 4 days. Just seems really high.

I really haven't had great experiences at this location, but it happens to be where the trailers are. Everytime I've been in there, I usually end up waiting 5-10 minutes before anyone either sees me, or comes to the desk to see is there's a customer waiting. The time before this, I was returning a trailer, and spent 10 minutes inside the store. I got tired of waiting inside, so I went back out and stood by my truck and waited in the return lane, trailer attached to my truck. I waved at one individual as he was walking inside, and he waved back, so I know he saw me. Waited another 5 minutes, got tired of waiting and unhooked the trailer myself. Irritated, I walked inside and there were 3 guys standing there just chatting away, including the one that waved back at me. I asked them if it was a new policy to have people unhook there own trailers now, and they told me it wasn't, so I asked them if it was a new company policy to wave back at customers, but otherwise ignore them. I told them the trailer was unhooked and I left the store. I called on my way home & asked to speak to a manager, but he was busy and would call me back. Still waiting. This time, there were 2 people working. One individual was outside, I assume helping someone, and when he came in, he helped me and got me set up and was friendly and extremely helpful. The other individual appeared from somewhere while the 1st was helping me out. When I've waited inside the store for 10 minutes without anyone who works there in site, and then the 1st person I see comes in from outside working, wearing warm gear, and then while they're assisting me, a co-worker appears, in comfortable, inside clothing, and while it may be presumptuous on my part, but my impression was that only one person was working outside, while the other was doing "something" inside the building, and that something was not helping customers. That has been my experience the last couple times I've been forced to use this location due to trailer availability. Im not sure of how store management works in the uhaul business, but my impression is that it's still the same horrible manager from my previous experience. Its too bad that this particular store has been in it's location so long, bc it's been a staple of N 7th as long as i can remember. But it's also not the same Bozeman I grew up in. If it's been the same store manager the entire time, they need to go. Every other place I've rented trailers from has been an awesome experience. This location is the exception, and I will not use this location ever again

Only thing I would complain about is that the outside of the vehicle was very dirty when I picked it up. Notably big deal but brand integrity would benefit from it.

I was charged over 1000.00 dollars more because I could not get the van back to Bozeman Montana due to snow covered roads. My bill was over 1500.00 total so I am very disappointed with this Uhaul rental site.

We rented a truck and there was a damage on the front bumper that was already caused before we rented it. We were in a hurry so we did not pay attention to the damage. We knew it was already there when we rented it. A day later we brought it back and suddenly 3 staff members came out suddenly including the manager and took a look at the truck. They were suspicious and something was going on. Seemed like it was a set up. The manager blamed me for the damage but it wasn’t my responsibility, the damage was there when I rented it. I told her to look at the camera and she refused the first time until she took me to the camera room and the seen the footage of the guy returning the same truck we used and he used before us. When he returned it, it was the same as it looked like when we rented it. The bumper damage was there but they did not mark it. The manager refused to show any more footage which is suspicious because she clearly is trying to hide something. The manager attitude was bad from the beginning and after all this we seen the proof of the camera that it wasn’t our responsibility but still I was framed and told to pay for the damage. The manager also tried to humiliate me by saying I am a liar in front of the customers and staff members. The name of the manager is Sara. Last thing, when we rented a trailer, the same day as we rented the truck. I wanted to place my snowmobile to the trailer. The staff recommended me one size but did not say I was not allowed to place my snowmobile. The same day going through the ruckus with the manager, she told me i wasn’t allowed to store my snowmobile. I told her that her I told the staff that I wanted a good trailer for my snowmobile and they picked one for me and did not tell me they were supposed to indicate the rule. It wasn’t our responsibility but still, she can’t take a blame and turned the table around on me. She said the staff were new and still not fully trained.

I wish the trailer hitch would have a way to lock it. Anyone can just come by and unhook the trailer and take off.

Overcharged and not happy about it. Very poor communication about drop off for the vehicle. Hidden fees and will not use this location again.

Staff was extremely rude when I dropped vehicle off. Got noticeably irritated when I parked the van in the"wrong" spot. There was no noticeable place marked for drop off. Well not go here again. Staff yelled at me.

The young man who checked us out on Sunday 12/16, at 7th street in Bozeman, about 5:00 pm was friendly, competent and professional. My son has dealt with him before and said he is always that way - on top of his game!

The only problem was our trailer was rattling the whole time we had it for the 24 hours. And I have NOT received my receipt via e-mail, either. It's been the second day and nothing. I also called the store and they said they e-mailed it. But nothing, yet.

We were provided with a trailer that had an issue with the back door. We noticed the issue later in the day but didn't think it was a big deal since Uhaul let us leave with the trailer. We brought the trailer back the following night and in the morning Uhaul told us we were responsible for the damage on the door. We told the lady on the phone we had nothing to do with it that it was like that at dispatch but she didn't believe us ... good thing we had insurance.... however I feel that it was bad faith and dishonest to accused us to cover the fees of an incident that happened prior to our rental. I am not sure I can trust Uhaul anymore and I would definitely not recommend it to anyone.

One-way shouldn't be so expensive. I would have paid $25 for a one-day local rental yet I paid $100+ for that same one-day EXCEPT that I dropped it off at a locale other than I picked it up. That's ridiculous!
