That's not the case. I've set up autopay from day one, but it's failed every month, despite repeated setup and confirmation, and I've been assessed a hefty late fee twice now.

Juan O. | Overall ExperienceThe price was way too high for the size of Unit. Only rented it because it was the only thing available within 30 miles. The closing time of 7pm made it very difficult to access with my work schedule, they never fixed the alarm system in the 3 months I rented. Even just asking them to unlock the sliding door took 15 minutes because I had to wait in line to talk to the only employee they had in the office.

Douglas A. | First ImpressionsThe facility kept our things safe and dry and the staff is great, so 5 stars in that regard. But the move out experience was frustrating. We cleaned it, submitted our photos and move out request online. One week later the request was still pending and they had charged our account for the next month plus a late fee. I had to call to get it sorted out, which makes me not trust the online system.
