Location personnel was also front desk employee of a busy hotel. Single line for both hotel & UHaul. Personnel input incorrect drop off location which had to be corrected by correct return location staff.

I picked up a trailer at 12 then brought it back at 1130 the next day. The clerk did not enter that the trailer was back until 1 and then charged me an extra day.
JAIMEE PUpon inspection before leaving the lot, we discovered that the back left blinker light on the trailer was not working. It’s surprising and concerning that this equipment was released to a customer without a basic safety check. A non-functioning signal light makes the trailer unsafe to tow and is a clear oversight in your maintenance process. Unfortunately, the location did not have a replacement trailer available, and our only other U-Haul option was 30 minutes away—and would have closed before we could arrive.

RUSSELL COther than the trailers near the Quality Inn, there is no signage directing the customer to the front desk of the hotel to complete the transaction. Also, there are more requirements to complete in fulfilling the contract then what is noted on the website. If one doesn't have a smartphone and able to use data, it would be very hard to review the equipment condition.
