Upon arrival they did seem a bit disrespectful of time . That said I'm unaware of what they had on the go . But once the return was in progress it was straight forward. I work in automotive service and customers are dicks .. so I give them a it could have been faster but in the end it met my expectations and I will rent again. Best advise is to disclose how long the wait will be so I'm aware and I lll go thru the process. I give them it could be better 8/10 . And happy .

Site was experiencing a town wide blackout. PU was a pain as needed to access internet which was problematic via data as whole town was using which made it super slow. In cases like these all sites should have paper contracts to use. Other than that the trailer was easy to use and rode well. Phone customer service readily changed dropoff to one that was more convenient. Dropoff was quick and courteous.
