The interior was a little dirty and there was a light on the dashboard that was lit. I didn’t recognize the symbol so maybe it was ok??

Despite having pre-ordered a dolly there was none on our truck. There’s no one on site to handle anything either. Just some kiosk don’t trust U-Haul employees to give you accurate information either. They told us we would get $50 credit to offset the cost of renting a dolly only to have someone higher up. Tell us they weren’t authorized to do that.
Scott RCOMPLETELY DISLIKED your virtual service rep model. She was obviously too busy with other locations as I had to wait almost 15 minutes upon returning my vehicle and left without being able to ask my question. I will not use this location specifically because of this way off your doing business.
NEVIN Hthe truck is infested with ants.
