No one there, no instructions, bathroom locked. Called virtual assistant who never answered!
JAMIE DIf picking up after hours, there will be no equipment in truck (Dolly,furniture pads etc). If you need these , trick won’t have them which HAVE A HUGE EFFECT on your move
Marvin TThere was only a virtual assistant to help with the return. There were no parking spaces out in the lot for the 15 foot truck. No one to ask where to park it so I needed up parking it in the self storage area.
