I would have left there without my rental trailer. I had already checked in on the phone and they had to do everything again... I had time to be at the location to make a delivery with the trailer and I lost 453 dollars and lost my bounce rental because I didn't arrive at the scheduled time, because I spent 40 minutes getting out of uhaul and it was late and financially hindered me immensely.... terrible service and misinformation and on top of that they didn't want to let me return the trailer in the same day at night... uhual should have control over where it is placed their name because I don't believe this place represents them.
