The person at the front wasn’t very helpful. When I returned the truck she didn’t want to inspect it or cash me out even though there was no other customers at the site. She said she would do it at 3pm which was 4 hours ahead. I insisted and then she said I will have to wait because she was busy. There was absolutely no one at the UPS that she had to attend to. Not very professional associate….

SYED MI received a email of bill $81, but from my account it has debited $95. Uhaul did not return $14 extra to me.
JAGJOT SThe only reason I understand the truck inside was not clean was because they had just got back from previous customers and staff was overloaded and didn’t get time to properly clean it before I came to pick it up. The lovely and well mannered agent apologize.
