They are a bunch of thieves. They charge me for gas after I fill it to where I got it. Until uhall send me the receipt their version can't be read. I am disputing with my bank

The employee was rude he totally deny at first that he dont have any of the truck available and i have to visit another branch to get a truck after requesting he gave me this truck. If you dont have anything to offer then why are accepting the bookings.
Vikas VLocation refused to accept the truck without explanation. I should call the customer service and provide this information. After the call truck has been returned but the location decided to charge me gas (I provided info that we already bought the gas) and cleaning (we returned at the same condition - the only difference is water on the floor because of the snow. I also showed video with the truck made earlier today but the man refused to take it to the consideration…
OLEKSANDR KTerrible service My reservation was for 10:00 AM. Staff arrived late, and I wasn’t checked out until 10:30. Then the truck was covered in snow and blocked, and I had to shovel for about 20 minutes before I could even leave. I didn’t actually start driving until about 11:00 AM. The truck was not ready, and when I raised the issue, I was told I could go somewhere else. That delay and response affected my entire move. It was really very unprofessional and rude and inconvenience was caused by the location .
