I was able to leave truck out front in tiny parking space. I took photo of dashboard as requested. I was questioned about fuel usage and mileage allowance. I was expected to return truck with 9/16 of fuel tank filled. The person was disputing the reading as shown in my photo. The display in the truck showed the fuel reading in eighths and the needle was halfway between 1/2 and 5/8, in other words 9/16. I suspect that the clerk doesn't understand fractions. The clerk asked that I pay an extra $10. To the clerk's credit, they decided to waive the $10 charge without any real dispute. I was getting ready to do a quick lesson on fractions. I thought that the same thing was going to happen with mileage as the contract showed a 320 mile allowance and the clerk wanted to know the number in kilometres. The clerk took my word for it when I said that 320 miles is a bit more than 500 km. I thought that I was going to have to do the math. I was actually under the allowance by about 6 miles - or 10 km. I think that this all could have been rectified if the clerk was provided with some clear guidelines about reading the fuel gauge and converting miles to km. I'm also glad that I dropped the truck off in person and didn't do the after hours drop-off as I don't know what the outcome would have been.

We stopped by the day before to confirm and to make sure the truck would be ready for 10am advertised opening (and time we reserved). Employee drove up at 10:10 and then sat in the car on the phone for an additional 10 minutes, truck was not ready, full of snow and ice and also had not been swept out by previous user. On a day that you need a 20 foot moving truck is not a day that you need a 40 minute delay.
PETER KWhere I met the gas level, i put it back there, and they still charged me extra for it. How is that justified, please? I need a refund on that
JUDE AThe customer service representative, was late to open the shop, he was exactly 10 minutes late, I wasn't served as per queue. His behavior was bit not acceptable in the morning. From Uhall service was good but not the representative. Thanks, I hope you will improve.
ritesh gI refill the fuel and meter shows above the line when i take it from shop. But they deduct my 20 dollars. They are fraud person i never recommend to anyone.
