The cashier had a pile of empty eaten sunflower seeds on the front front desk which was disturbing. The location is filthy. They park the truck in the back of the building that smells like a sewer. Never again

Process was quick and easy.
Kranthi MI did reservation online . When i reach there the guy there was so rude ignoring me when i ask for the keys . Then they said i have to do reservation on their laptop . They deny to give me keys . Then i call u haul customer service . They call at location then i get the key . I dont know who hired him .
Manpreet SWorst experience, booked 20 foot truck , when we arrived some body else took that truck , owner gave us 15 foot truck , and told to bring back truck in 3 hours. We had to do everything in so rush, it was not at all appropriate and we broke lots of stuffs while moving. Worst moving ever .
NISARG PIf someone accidentally forgets the key inside, like I did, please help your customer with a convenient solution to finish the return of the rental truck rather than leaving him in a dilemma
