Everyone is always helpful to me and professional I watch the ladies at the counter refuse to rent a vehicle to a person because they was a strong of alcohol on him which was the right thing to do

The service was absolutely deplorable from the time I arrived until I left the store. The front counter-person was rude and responded to my questions in a curt manner. When it came time to pick up the trailer, I waited and waited and waited. Finally, one lot person, who was helping a customer, summoned the other lot person WHO WAS SITTING IN A U-HAUL VAN ON THE PHONE. The person, while walking slowly towards me continued to talk on the phone, in what appeared to sound like a personal conversation, finally connected the trailer to my truck - while still talking on the phone! This is the epitome or RUDENESS and poor service. I then asked him if I could get a trailer with a "barn style" door instead of a roll-up door only to be told "this is good" as he walked away. Frustrated, I left with the trailer. Of course, I was disappointed to find out the trailer leaked through the floor and caused some issues. I reported all of this to U-Haul customer service and of course, I never received the follow-up call as promised. I have rented from this location in the past and every experience over the years has resulted in disappointment and frustration. I truly hope management reads and takes action regarding this review. I this happened to me, then there must be 10 other customers that have not reported their experiences.

The lady that opened the store was miserable Very grumpy. Very blunt. The lady that served me was nice. But the lady cleaning the trucks was super nice

Truck smelled bad. Could be cleaner inside. Parking lot is TIGHT. I completed the option for mobile check in, but still had to go inside the store and wait and review documentation. The process should be much faster if a customer takes the time to enter credit card, personal and licence information before he/she goes to a Uhaul location. Otherwise the staff was nice.

Firstly, get your staff to calm down and not yell at every customer. Secondly, your staff is here to help, not to be rude and misguide certain customers therefore, change the staff at this location or train them to be polite and not to misguide people. Thirdly, the truck was not cleaned and filled with random rotten fruit. With this COVID-19 situation, it should be mandatory for the staff to keep the truck as clean as possible with the least amount of filth in the truck.

Not steal from them The lady at the front desk told me I have 24 hours to return the car. I returned it at 11 pm and said will do checkout in the morning as I was tired thinking that was ok as what she told me. When I woke up at 7 am they hadn't wasted anytime and had charged me 22 dollars for checkout which is such a scam. I even called and told them what happened and they basically told me that it doesn't matter what the lady says and told me it's in the papers I have. I told them this is bullshit and I depended on what the lady said and she was wrong and to refund me just the 20 dollars. They said no. I had even overfilled the tank for them. Never again dealing with people like them don't appreciate their customers. You spend that much money you'd think they would have the courtesy but no just straight a-holes

I received instruction before renting that after hours checkout is being done through the website. After bringing the truck back and trying with 3 different phones to complete the after hours checkout I was unsucessful. Either the location was not working or the continue button would grey out. I then gave up as it was -12 outside and contacted customer service who advised that they will make a note. I was charged 22 dollars for conveniance fee... I tried to dispute it with the local Uhaul but they did not care and was very unprpfessional.

Not very helpful. Wasn’t told that once I have a reservation at pickup I could not specify drop off location. Someone else was able to do the exact thing I was told couldn’t be done Problem with truck, spent over a hr being passed around and not very helpful. Would not recommend Uhaul, next time I’ll definitely choose discount trucks.

Don’t believe on u haul. Believe on ur self. I drop on time nd their website is slow. I drop the key nd they charge extra nd charge insurance extra. Im 101% dis-satisfied. But previous experience is good.
