The only objection I had was is The east Indian woman who had difficult time to speak and understand told me to must have cellphone cause the home phone is not acceptable and when I give her my daughter cellphone and told her not to call cause she was at work at the time she could be in trouble. She ignored me and immediately called her and when my daughter answered told her to call back cause she's at work and can't talk. She said sorry she don't care but she has to verify the number. So my suggestion would be to accept home telephone number cause not everybody has the expensive cellphone/trackingdevise/listeningdevise etc. I value my privacy. So please accept not only credit card and the valid drivers licence but just 1 telephone# and especially home number. Thank you !

U-Haul no improvement need it. It’s the customers that need to learn to be patient waiting in line on busy day. Your location had all 3 associates assisting doing a great job. Well taking abuse from customers who don’t understand U-Haul policy and get angry with your staff. The associate deserve a bonus for keeping cool with all those bad customers Great Job

With over 15,000 U-haul locations to provide customers a very convenient service yet none in Richmond Hill , Ontario had no pickup truck or cargo van available for 2 days. Had to book a truck from Brampton ON, pick up a small load in Richmond Hill and come back which gave me a charge for using nearly 100km. Customer service representative did not even consider calling another location besides Richmond Hill to help me reduce some Km in driving. The pickup truck was covered with snow, they didnt bother cleaning it. Disappointed in the service.

I had booked Furniture dolly online a day prior however it was not available for me when I went to pick truck in the morning. Unable to understand the logic of booking in advance. My booking(furniture dolly) should not have been accepted online if it was not available.

The equipment was not up to standard. Steering was shaky. Nevertheless, the customer service was excellent!

The person at the counter was very good and efficient, they seemed to be a bit short staffed in the yard and it was crowded with vehicles. I had to go out of the parking lot and around to the back entrance to pickup the trailer as the path through the Uhaul lot was blocked by vehicles. There should be more customer parking and keep the rentals away from the store front area.

End of the month rush for trucks so the line was very long to pick up vehicle. I had made my reservation online so thought there would be an express check-in for people with reservations already.

Too much information is asked. They ask secondary phone number and whole lot more. Customer information is privy to misuse by staff and hacking. Uhaul should adopt a balanced approach. Any misuse can lead to financial and business losses

Very frustrated with wait times at this location. Reserved the truck and was later informed by an employee at this location that it would not be ready until 2:00 pm. We reserved the truck for an 11:00 am pickup. I called to ask if it would be ready for 11:00 am and was told "No". The employee indicated that if the truck was available earlier then she would call. Wasted time from our drive in from Ottawa until 2:00 pm only to be told when we showed up, that the truck was ready early that morning. Frustrated and unbelievable. The employee helping us indicated that this happens all the time. Management needs to work on the wait times and following up on reservations.
