Vehicle was not clean, the passenger seat was messed up with white paint or something and also I requested a trolley for which I was charged double period amount but was never received and got it

I recently had a very frustrating experience while picking up a truck. Although I had selected counter pick-up, the staff member at the counter informed me that he didn’t know anything about the process and asked me to complete the pick-up through the mobile app instead. I had to call U-Haul multiple times to finish the steps on the app. After completing everything, the key was supposed to be in the locker, but it wasn’t there. I had to call U-Haul again, and only then was I advised to ask the same staff member for the key — which he ultimately handed to me. If the key was with the staff all along, I don’t understand why the counter pick-up process couldn’t have been completed directly from the start. The entire situation caused almost a 1-hour delay, which was very disappointing and inconvenient.

nathan JPoor service by them. My key got stuck in lockbox. The agent on phone told me to ask help from guys at spiffy auto cleaning. I went to ask help from him, he told me it will take him 1 hour to help as he wants to finish his work first. Please choose your representatives wisely. Thank you. I had to figure things out by myself
Manish SI had an appointment at 11:30 sharp but i got truck after 1 hour late .. no management. Surprised the who manage the truck comes 1-2 times in a month. I had need to be at 12 noon with the truck to get somewhere was really important. Sadly it got cancelled wasted my whole day . I drove 12-18 kilometres they charged me in miles and fuel charges without knowing gas level was same .. no one was there to check the truck after dropping. When I asked i need refund ey simply refused. Disgusting service i ever see from you guys never ever will use UH service. Thanks for ruining my day..
