Really polite and nice behaviour
HARSHARN CNo key drop off available had to pay for extra 8 hours just because the store customer service representative denied to even wait for us to park to truck
KAMAL YStaff is very mannerless, we have reservation for 7.30 for 4 hr but they call us just one day before that we can only give you the vehyfor 2 hr. And from that two hr, they waste our 30 minute at pickup time. So it is possible to load the vehicle and unload it in 1.30 minutes including transportation time???? The staff was very bad, mannerless, disrespectful.
GAURAVJEET SThe truck was good and clean. Only issue was the woman inside the store, she was unbelievably rude! I went inside to return the keys and she told me to take pictures of the truck, so I went outside and did that on the app. After I came back inside and told her all the pictures are done on the app she started to yell at me asking why I did it on the app? I was genuinely shocked at why she was getting so mad and yelling at me. I just took my paper and left... so much for customer service!!
