I was charged 3 days rental while I only took the truck for 1 day and returned on time before time. I was not informed of the after operations hours return policy and procedures. I have been charged for 3 days of rental and extra fees. very unsatisfied with the service I have received. this is my 3rd time renting in 1year, the service is getting worse. I will not recommend and go to home depot for my next rental as I move quite often.
