Vehicle not clean , service was atrocious,no tow hitch when this was specified as required , and confirmed, no explanation ,”go buy a tow hitch” even stated to scheduling when they queried it! I later learned that it had been stolen and the dealer had not replaced it ! I had to buy a $40 tow hitch from Uhaul .
