I rented the 6x12 enclosed trailer. U-Haul must install tongue jacks on these size of trailers since I estimate the tongue weight to be approximately 70 pounds which is a safe 2 person lift but if you will be by yourself there is a high risk of injury when you lift the tongue to install on the tow vehicle hitch ball. One of the 4 tires was soft and needed an additional 35 pounds of air pressure to match the other 3. The trailer deck inside was not cleaned after the last use with muddy footprints visible. The staff member I dealt with was polite and helpful.
Brian OThe business owner was late in arriving. I had ordered 24 blankets but they only had 12. I had also ordered a dolly but they did not have one. The truck was fine but it's windshield was had not been cleaned.
