Reserved for 1:15 pick up Showed up at 1:09 and office closed. Called number and lady told me she just had the phones rolled to her number. Said should be back in 30 minutes We were out if town so we waited did jot show up in 30 minutes. Called said 15 more minutes finally I called and asked to do rental over phone 1 hours and thirty minutes later worker showed up and was a total ass. Did not apologize or even say hello. Asked for discount on rental they would only give me 10% which I don’t think was fair.

Larry ARented the trailer and the lady said she did not have a jack so I had to pick up the heavy thing straining my back as I tried to attach it to my truck . The lady inside was more worried about getting off work than assisting me. Could not use the app to document my rental and when I returned it the next day early the gate code do not work and again I do not have assistance with lifting that heavy ass trailer tongue . Again the uhaul app did not work so I could properly return it as well .
