It’s nothing with this particular business per se ,but overall it was a bit frustrating trying to get a uhaul business in Branson to give us the data we needed to book our rental…first uhaul place said we couldn’t tow a Chevy Colorado(misunderstanding?)…2nd place, the lady we talked to must not have had good reception bc every question she asked us took her FOREVER to get feedback …and as travelers we were looking to resolve this rental issue quickly….anyway, it was an experience that I hope we don’t do again anytime in the future.
