Expensive, told a cheap rate and charged another. Used for 2 hrs and was charged $200, plus I had to put in my own gas.
Geoff JThe person behind the counter had no idea how to issue the truck. I picked mobile pickup, but it said ‘no vehicle was assigned, go to the counter’. All employees should be trained if you are a designated U-Haul location. The truck cab was not clean and smelled of marijuana. On a good note: the fuel was under a quarter tank and I was subsidized for that, for that I applaud you!
Sandra RCup holders were dirty & sticky, rear hatch was covered in dirt and fell on me each time I opened / closed it. Didn't have the appliance dolly I paid for.
