If I customer is renting for picking up one afternoon and returning the next afternoon, he should only be charged for one day (one 24 hour period) not for 2 days. I actually had to make myself late for work by dropping the vehicle dolly back off the next morning instead of that afternoon or I would have been charged for 2 days of use, where in reality I only used it for one day.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkGreat !
Cameron HWhoever was working on 8/2/26 was not helpful at all. He was rude and I will never come back to this place again. I seldom put in a bad review but this place was the worse I have encountered with U-Haul. Everybody I’ve dealt with has been great.
Terri AGet someone who wants to do the rental business!!! I wouldn’t recommend U-Haul to anyone after my last experience!!!
James OLocation and service is great here.
