I dropped off the trailer , no one was around but found a spot to unhook. Clean yard and really didn’t need any help to unhook. . All was well!👍👍

The uhaul database did not tell the worker that we were dropping off the trailer. Worker handled it like a champ. The uhaul management called me the next day asking when i was going to drop off the trailer even though i had dropped it off and talked to a worker. Overall uhaul has very poor communication with their workers.
