As a first time uhaul renter it could have been made more clear that I needed to take a picture of the cargo bay and license plate of the vehicle before departing. Sending it as a text to my phone as I'm leaving was easily missable. But now I know if I ever need to rent again. I also returned the vehicle 2 hours before my rental period was over, used 20 less miles than estimated, swept out the cargo bay, and returned it with more gas than it had when I left. So I feel that the cost was higher than is practical for me to consider using in the future. But midtown market in bremerton was great.

This was the 3rd location change after I reserved the truck. ( I originally requested the pickup truck as it showed available but then told they don’t have them anymore in that location. I had to pay additional rate for the 10’ truck. The truck was supposed to be ready at 8:30 but had to wait an hour for someone that could check the truck out. The truck was out of coolant and none of the marker lights worked. Once it was returned (a couple hours later) it was never checked in. I had to call to get it checked in. Lousy customer service as I was on the phone the person was talking to someone else about gummy bears instead of taking care of the call.
Thomas AExplanation on what I need to do before leaving the lot as I hadn't seen the text until after and upon brining it back. Perhaps more clarification for the address as I was unaware I needed to go into midtown market. Overall, absolutely loved the experience.
