Other than there was no sign and rough driveway due to recent train derailment in area, it was a very good experience

i reserved the U Haul over a month before it was needed. The day we were to pick it up, we received a call at 3pm to say there would be no truck available. we had to stop packing and drive 45 minutes to pick up the truck and equipment. we were told the would definitely be ready as well as the other items. my husband got to the location and they were unaware the truck was being picked up. while they were finally able to release the truck they did not have the other items. we had drive to another location to get those items.
