First, we did not pick this location as it wasn't near us. We were called 30 minutes before the pick up time and told that we had to be on time, because they were leaving 5 minutes after the pick up time when their store hours said it was open for 2 more hours. Then, we tried to add a 2nd driver as we were told we could, the employee said he couldn't do that. Before we even had a chance to finish inspecting the equipment, they left.

Peter LThis location was recommended, but it was way out of the route causing me an additional 30 minutes of travel time and gas. Maybe you should update your maps. This experience was very inconvenient. But I am very grateful and blessed to have had a safe trip. However, I do not feel like you should charge me the gas fees.
