I was given the U-Haul at a 1/4 tank of gas. I drove it for 15 miles and returned it on time. Huge line to check out and so I asked if I could lock it and leave the keys. The employee was hard working and said yes. I was charged so much for gas?! I don’t understand at all and emailed a complaint immediately and didn’t hear back. I would have added gas but it looked the same as it did when I got it. Certainly should of have cost me 100.00 in gas!!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe furniture dolly I reserved was not available so it was a good thing I checked the day before. I had made reservations weeks in advance so everything would be ready. I had to obtain a dolly from another U-haul location and had two one way contracts. It worked out, but poor customer service from this location.
GRY YLittle hard to park but nice folks and well kept facilities.
Gordon HGot charged for an appliance dolly when there was not one available when I picked up the truck so I ended up buying one at Menards. Then got charged a cleaning fee even when the truck was left cleaner then when I received it.
Preston LThe people were great and so helpful. The truck was excellent and ran well. Six of the pads were clean and in plastic. Six of the pads were just thrown in the truck and were wet. There was a dolly in the truck which I neither ordered or used it was simply in the way. It was a trouble free move. I would rent there again. Thanks.
