I didn’t receive the requested equipment but I think I was still charged for them.
Brian YTruck was full of broken glass and dirty. Location changed my drop off location without telling me. When I called to have it fixed the manager of the location told me that I was very rude that I was a miserable human being that he shouldn't have to deal with stupid customers like this and that I should never rent from U-Haul again. All because I said that driving 2 hours out of my way was not something I could do after dealing with that truck all day. That was the reason why I chose the location half a block from my new storage facility. I will never rent a U-Haul ever again
Tiffany HThe truck I rented the steering was a little loose probably could use a little bit of maintenance other than that the lady that helped me at the counter I wish I could remember her name at the Bridgeport Was very friendly, very helpful and very sweet. She was very accommodating to my needs. I highly recommend the Bridgeport U-Haul.
