Folks at Carroll Mart were great! My only complaint is that when I tried to book the rental on line, the Carroll Mart location did not appear on the list of drop off locations. Although the Carroll Mart is less than 1/2 mile from our location, the list of drop off sites provided on the on line reservation system were a minimum of 20 to 25 miles away. Just seems like a way for u-haul to make extra $$.
