The pick-up was a breeze. Very friendly service and the guy called me in the morning to say the truck was available early if needed. However, the "virtual" return process is a pain in the ass. I don't see how taking half a dozen photos does anyone any good, other than to delay the customer. I suppose there might be the occasional instance in which a truck is damaged after the customer leaves but I found it frustrating.

Natalie SI was happy that everything was so straightforward and went so well. After having bad experiences (at other locations) in the past, I was pretty nervous. But it went super smoothly and the guy at the counter was gelpful and friendly.
