U-Haul really dropped the ball today. There was essentially no work around to get the equipment. If it wasn’t for the retailer, I would have been out of luck. I was exceptionally delayed. You guys should do something to make this right.

JOSE CWhen I picked-up the truck, I had to address multiple issues. The truck's windshield & side mirrors were so filthy that I could not clearly see out of the truck's cab. (I had to request cleaner & paper towels from the store clerk.) The store clerk (it was her first day on the job) had no idea how to help us with the rental. (For example, she did not know how to retrieve the key to the truck!) The check-out process requires the use of a QRL code / smartphone & App. At this facility - the cell phone signal was spotty, as was the WiFi. This made the check-out painful & time consuming (it took 1 hour and 45 minutes to work through all the glitches to actually rent the truck). Another example: the process required a photo of the mileage - yet there was no explanation on how to switch the read-out - to get a photo of the mileage. Once we were able to get to the key and start the truck - the "tire pressure" light came on. [I spent $12.00 at a 7-11 to put air into all four tires. Yet, the tire pressure light stayed on. In fact, the tire stems leaked - I was able to hear them leaking. (From reading the information on the tires & above the fender - that the truck tires need to be at 80 psi, and the 7-11 machine (despite working intermittently) only went to 70 psi.) I finally went to my parent's home to use an air compressor to add the correct psi to each tire. I had to add air to the tires three times during my rental.] During the trucks use, I also noticed that the truck’s brakes were mushy, I was then forced to drive as if the brakes might fail. When I returned the truck, I informed the manager of the tire pressure / tire stems leaking.
