The truck was clean and perfect, but the location added on a fuel charge that was completely fraudulent. I was told to return the truck with the fuel between 1/8 and 1/4… which I did. And they still charged $40 for gas.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe application shows $45 for the rental but once it was returned, I was charged 175 45 should not even be on the website that’s false advertisement. They should out of the real price which was about 120+ fees if you don’t put in gas.

Howard GU-Haul really dropped the ball today. There was essentially no work around to get the equipment. If it wasn’t for the retailer, I would have been out of luck. I was exceptionally delayed. You guys should do something to make this right.
