I was assured by the selling agent that I would receive a prorated refund based on how many days I returned early. According to Brighton retailer this is not true. Please advise on my refund. (313)802-3412

J MThe man working inside was not helpful and rude to his employees. When he realized that I selected the app check-in process, he escorted us outside like we were not allowed to stand in the store. We were obviously struggling with the app but he offered no assistance. The check-in process took more than 30 minutes due to his lack of help.
