STEVEN HEquipment and the location was great. I do find the facial recognition and driver's license scan absolutely ridiculous and intrusive to personal privacy to rent a trailer for $35.
JEFFREY JThe rate for mileage is nearly twice the rate of Federal Re-imbursement rate. You are over charging for mileage, and it is unfair to the public who rent your services and equipment. Your rates should never be above the federally approved mileage rates at any given time.
