Understaffed and extremely slow, the one fast employee was working over his normal shift to assist. Multiple equipment issues, trailer hitch was on the ground (I had to physically lift the trailer and attach to my ball hitch), axle were squealing and grinding, as well as the marker lights had fallen inside trailer (had to pull out via electrical cord and reattach to make visible.

The service was fast, friendly. The gentleman took time to make sure I was well taken care of. Great service! my truck broke down before it left the parking lot. Exchanged out. During the move the other Truck had liltle to no oil or steering fluid either. Stalled out a couple of times. After putting fluids in. I was on my way. Much faster than Roadside service.

Vehicle was dropped off and checked in no issue I then received an email with receipt for charges not matching my vehicle which is when we discovered that the documentation was changed after I left the pick up location resulting in me being charged for gas when I shouldn't have as well as extra miles. When I initially called I was told the manger who checked in the truck was no there after asking multiple times for the managers name and the personnel refusing to give it to me I was hit with the "oo he just walked in" line at that point the manager finally discovered the error and I was reimbursed.all could have been avoided if everyone did their jobs from the get go.

The 6x12 enclosed trailer should have a tongue jack so that it is easier to hook up and remove. This trailer is too heavy to not have a jack.

This was overall a good experience. Tje only issue that i experienced was not being told that if i paid in cash id need to put a deposit down and have to leave a registration. This would have been helpful to know prior to the date of service.

My overall experience was terrible . First I requested a Uhaul truck for feb 15 2017 and I requested to drop off the truck at another location . Then changed my mind and said I would bring the truck back instead of dropping it off at another location. I then requested a new reservation because I was dropping the truck off. The representative added my debit card information to the wrong reservation . After I requested my first reservation to be cancelled . When she cancelled my first reservation I was charged $112.00 which she told me my card will not be charged at all they just needed a card on file. So now I'm agitated because I'm being charged to cancel a reservation and have to wait about 3-5 business days for the money to be credited back into my account. So at this point I added my debit card information to the correct reservation that I had asked for . She then tells me $47.68 will be put on hold and it won't be pulled from my account. After I give her my card information and and processes the card she then tells me okay $70.89 has been put on hold . Hold on wait a minute didn't you just say it was $47.68 that's gonna be put on hold. So now I'm furious because how are you telling me one price and the card is processed and it's a lot more than what you just said . She didn't have any valid reason as to why this happened . She kept blaming it on the system. Like no you guys should know your system VERY WELL and how it works . There's no excuses as to why my card was CHARGED twice for no apparent reason . Mind you I told them I will be paying CASH when I return the truck . So why is any money being pulled out . Why was I charged both times . Now I have to wait for 3-5 business to get my money back and I don't think that's right . It's upsetting and completely aggravated me . I don't think I will ever use Uhaul again . & it sucks because this was my first time ever using this company and this has been the worst experience.
