Being charged 150.00 for a hanging bulb inside a van I rented . We walked through when the van was returned and everything was fine was given a total for rental and told I was all set. Checked the invoice later and was charged an accident fee.

Phillip and his boss were absolutely the best. Polite, accommodating and helpful. It was 90 degrees in the shade and this location was busy all day with rentals, returns, cleaning, and propane fills and these guys were professional and cheerful throughout it all. A customer got upset because the guy renting the 26 footer the day before her still hadn't returned the van she had reserved. They politely explained the situation to her and when she returned with her 'big dude boyfriend' they were able to calm them both down. Phillip cracked a few jokes for my son and his friends upon our return. They looked heat exhausted but he got them all laughing which ended our day on a positive note. Excellent service!

Your customer service is inadequate. I was at the Brockton, MA. location trying to return the rental for over an hour and a half. Due mostly to the misspelling of my last name which is Croft and they spelled it Crofk even after showing my license at the location. So every time I went to do the return online I kept getting we cant locate ur contract. Fortunately after many transfers to customer service who never answered I finally got someone who saw that my last name was spelled wrong. Thank God for Wendy. She went above and beyond way more than the other two persons who basically said we dont do that here and transferred me to a line that never responded. Talk about a crapshow. This was it.. Never again..

Really understaffed!!! I waited 30 minutes in line to pick up trailer I reserved on the phone. There was only 2 employees. One taking orders and one doing returns. When I dropped off the trailer I had to wait in line for almost 45 minutes because same reason understaffed no one taking returns and 2 people at the front desk taking orders. With it being the 1st of the month weekend you figure you would be busy and have a staffed location. I will never use uhaul again nothing but bad experiences. Get it together!!

This is my second time attempting to use the mobile app for pickup and both times were unsuccessful and vehicle wasn’t ready. Fortunately the employees working onsite are more than willing to help you out inside while they prepare a vehicle

OrganIze the line. At pick up I had 10 customers ahead of me and I was the only one that made a reservation. Then, I was given a truck that was blocked in and had to wait longer for it to be moved. Overall, 1 hr wait.

Having worked with the Boston-Mass Ave location before, I would recommend a friend to visit the Brockton location over the Mass Ave location despite the longer drive. Compared to the Mass Ave location, they are kind, patient, and really take time for each customer. Thank you!
