I pulled up to the customer return area and the sign said “wait here and we’ll get you right out”. I waited for several minutes and no one came out. When I went inside, there were multiple poeple available to help me.

I have to give HUGE credit to the two young men that were running the uhaul location when I went to turn in my truck that afternoon. Whomever the scheduling manager is, definitely messed up by only putting 2 people on shift for that afternoon to run the location, especially where it was the last Saturday of the month, aka the busiest moving week of any month. And these two handled it to the best of their ability, running around like crazy between serving customers at the desk and verifying truck returns, without a single backlash to customer service. While I didn't like waiting in line for over a hour just to return my truck, I know it is not at the fault of these two young men, and at the fault of the scheduling manager that did not give them enough support. The two guys need a serious raise!

Only issue is with uhaul in general. We were not given enough miles to reach our house and then drive to the drop off location. Because of this we were charged for 4 extra miles. They had our destination set at Millis MA, but didn't take into account that we were driving to Medway MA first. If possible we'd like to be refunded the 4 extra miles we paid for.

I pull up to only have to wait fir the attendant to finish his personal phone call but he attend to me, he did not go over anything with me as far as reviewing the mileage or amount of GAS nothing!!!!! He was more interested in getting back to his conversation then attending the CUSTOMER !!!!!

I thought the Pick up through the app was long and tedious. I was going through the self serve return when A worker came out. He was able to do the return much quicker.

When dropping off the truck the computer system was down. I was supposed to rent a storage unit at the same location but was unable to because of the system being down. They didn’t try to do anything or help us while we were there...you would think they would’ve called their tech support to have their system rebooted. I ended up renting a storage unit at another location down the road and bringing the truck there to unload everything and brought it back later when their system was finally back up. It was such a headache.

I was not happy with the treatment I got from customer service. The representative did not bring my truck up to the front. Then I had to try to match the tag on the key wit the right truck which was located at the end of the lot. This walk was very painful for me as I suffer with arthritis. I recommend training for this rep.

I had a 8:00 am truck rental pick-up. I arrived at ;10am and there were approximately 10 people standing in line before me. There was only one employee on duly at the time. I did not get my rental truck until 9:09am. Also I had requested 1 doz furniture pads to be on the truck. When I arrived at my destination there were no pads. To make matters worst I was charged $ 20.00 for missing pads which were never on the truck. I was overcharged $ 30.00 in total. Not very good customer service.
