TANIQUA M | Overall ExperienceI had a reservation for a storage unit. On Wednesday I picked up a truck in Johnstown PA. I drove it to Brockton Massachusetts. Movers were waiting to help me unload my belongings into the storage unit. The man at the service desk in Brockton was rude. "You don't have a reservation. I don't have that size unit available. You booked your reservation in Boston!" He would not provide me with respected customer service. I called the U-Haul customer service phone number. She saw my reservation in the U-Haul computer system. The person on the phone had to walk the Brockton service worker through the steps to see my reservation. His attitude changed after he found my reservation in the computer. The movers I hired were by the hour. The Brockton service worker wasted 30 minutes of the time allocated for the movers to unload the truck into the storage unit. It made the experience painful after a long drive from Pennsylvania.
