Take the U-Haul away from them Reservation at 9:30, but no truck was there. Truck was on zero mile to empty on pickup. I went 40 miles, I had 100 but didn’t need it. The guy wrote down that I went 140 miles. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!

Dominga MHi I always have an issue with this location when it comes to checking in and checking out. My last experience when I set up the reservation I decline the insurance and even told the rep that I don't need the insurance he still added it on and when I was checking out I was told I had to accept the price and dispute the payment. Horrible service
