Hi I always have an issue with this location when it comes to checking in and checking out. My last experience when I set up the reservation I decline the insurance and even told the rep that I don't need the insurance he still added it on and when I was checking out I was told I had to accept the price and dispute the payment. Horrible service

JUAN PI use to work with U-haul for long time. This time I stopped to rent one in one location that not have good reception because I needed in emergency one van. Service was terrible in one restorant.. when I returned yhey try to put more miles. Leave me 1 hour and half to wait a lot noisy and very unprofessional communication. Never again come back in that place
