This was my first time receiving a truck from this location. The representative was very rude. They didn’t have any of the extra materials that I ordered so moving became a hassle. I also requested 6 Hours and he told me that I better have the truck back by 5 because he’s closing which cut 2 Hours and 30 minutes off of my moving. The truck hardly had any gas and It was dirty and it smelled. I was also told that I needed to fill the entire tank up. I told him that I will fill it to where I received it and he states that not was needs to happen it should always be filled up after a use. Luckily I know that’s not true because I’ve use U-Haul services in the past. I would never get a truck from this location ever again.

The worst cuatomer service in history. The guy was extremely disrespectful and had the absolute worst attitude I have ever seen. I dont know what was going on there but the lady and the guy who attended me were in the worst mood ever. They even gabe me a few slick comments like “I hope you dont crash my truck” and “dont come back unless you fill up the tank to where I left it at”. Extremely rude. I felt like I was asking for a favor even though Im spending my hard earned money! What a shame U-Haul. What a damn shame. You have lost such a great customer for life.

I had a reservation, did online check-in, advised the service rep that I had a $50 voucher from U-haul to apply to my rental. He told me that it would be applied at check-in. He needed my DL and credit card, said my Amex (which I made the reservation with) would not go through, took a different card and charged me upfront based on estimated mileage. Even with online check-in I was there for more than a half an hour. I used my Amex to buy gas, so I know the card isn't the problem. Upon check-in the guy said I have to contact U-haul to get the $50 credit because he doesn't honor U-haul vouchers. I didn't owe extra for mileage. I guess a refund for unused mileage would have been impossible as well. In terms of cleanliness, there was clutter in the cargo space, so not swept clean--I don't really care, but the windshield was broken, and I was getting rotating warnings that the truck needed an oil change and that the right rear tire was low--not what I would call well maintained. I would have added air, but I already felt kind of ripped off and when I saw that air was $2 at the gas station, well you can imagine how warm and happy I was feeling about U-haul. Now that I get to fight for the $50 credit from my last reservation getting messed up, I'm thinking I should rent somewhere else.
