Shelah JThis was one of the best U-Haul pick-up experiences I've had in almost 30 years of using U-Haul. I did not get the gentleman's name, but he was professional and courteous. Although he also has to take care of the gas station, he never rushed me through the process. He answered all of my questions and ensured I was comfortable with the trailer and the connections. I would definitely recommend this location to others.
