Fix the the truck, it was raining the day of the rental and there was a leak inside the truck I was afraid my stuff was going to get ruin, I wanted to report this to someone , now I have the opportunity to do so

Found other people clothes in the back of vehicle. Vehicle drove top notch. Customer service was very professional and fast when picking up but when dropping off there’s an older guy there with tattoos(nothing against that just describing the person). His attitude was horrible and talks to you like he doesn’t want to work there. He wouldn’t even let me say in the office to check my email of the receipt. Overall they need to clean their vehicles and have better people working there and not crack head that smoke pot on the job
DURNESH DMy original reservation at star transmission didn't pan out and I was left with nothing. MARIE in customer service set me up at this location and the gentlemen there was very helpful and got me in and out!
