The truck i was given had no air conditioning

You can improve by fixing the phones in the office they never work. We can hear them, but they can’t hear us. I went in my truck with the guy named Joe. He was really helpful and explaining when I went to drop off the truck, the worker that was there he just took my key and said to him Dont supposed to come check it you know the truck so you can do it the miles all that in front of me he says no we do it so I left but I will but I feel I should’ve opened my mouth and said more because I was not comfortable, leaving without him checking the miles everything in front of me and the gasoline everything like the other time like three years ago, I rented it with Joe also and he was great but other than that, it’s cool and customer service you call them. They’re not that good either they need to learn and answer the phone and help you with what you need. I like To Rent in West I deal with Joe

They don’t have equipment no dolly’s or handy trucks

I rebted the car with a handtruck, 2 dollies and 12 blankets. They were not there. My moving took me extra effort than it was supposed to take.

Pickup was late, I reserved for 5:30 but key wasn't ready for self pickup. Had to call customer service to resolve, and got the car finally after almost 1 hour wait. Then the reservation deposit glitched and held almost 2.5k, 5 times the amount of the original invoice.

The physical driving parts of their truck were all in well maintained condition. However, the headlights didn’t work unless you activated the high beams. The knob for the air blower control doesn’t work properly. And the radio doesn’t work. I would rent from that location again. Also is U-Haul going to install backup cameras for these trucks? It would be a great value add for customers and vehicle safety.

Our work truck broke down and the staff was able to get me a one week deal. Convenient location. Overnight Parking is also available. We were able to keep our equipment, materials and tools safe while we were on the job. Would Rent again from here?

My experience with this location was great! I used this location before and had a good experience that is why I came back and used it again the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable also helpful! Definitely worth using this location in the future and will definitely recommend to everyone!

HORRIBLE customer service. Arrived at location to pickup the truck and the UHAUL representative was barking at everyone like we were trash. You have to do your own online check-in and, in the process of providing a photo of your drivers license, they can’t provide a decent space for you to even set it down to take the photo. I reserved a dolly with my rental and there was no dolly available at the pickup location so I tell the representative WHO WAS PRESENT AT THE LOCATION about this and he says to contact customer service to get a refund for that… so I’m supposed to take time of my rental period to sit there and tell someone that my dolly wasn’t available. I couldn’t find the time during an already very busy moving day to do so and then I text as early as possible today to let them know I never had the dolly… then I go to return the truck and the uHaul representative there comes out, tells me I just have to hand him the keys and I’m all done with the return. He grabs the keys and disappears (literally couldn’t find him anywhere when I tried getting some sort of receipt) and later I get a charge for not returning a dolly I NEVER HAD TO BEGIN WITH! Terrible service. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

I did not drop it off at 4pm I dropped it off at 2:30pm and I did not use a quarter of a tank I went 7 blocks away and back with no traffic the tank was not full at all. And it was disturbing to receive a text the next day to say I did not bring the van back…

Fix the the truck, it was raining the day of the rental and there was a leak inside the truck I was afraid my stuff was going to get ruin, I wanted to report this to someone , now I have the opportunity to do so

Found other people clothes in the back of vehicle. Vehicle drove top notch. Customer service was very professional and fast when picking up but when dropping off there’s an older guy there with tattoos(nothing against that just describing the person). His attitude was horrible and talks to you like he doesn’t want to work there. He wouldn’t even let me say in the office to check my email of the receipt. Overall they need to clean their vehicles and have better people working there and not crack head that smoke pot on the job

When I first got to the company to pick up a truck as I reserved, the guy had 4 vans parked outside and said they all had a low battery. He offered me a box truck which I had no choice to use because I had an event. He never told me if their is a difference in price or anything, once the process was completed he gave me the keys and pretty much said go find the truck outside. Completely unprofessional. Then when I dropped the truck off,a different guy did not acknowledge me at on and remained on the phone for 20 minutes. I walked in the office again and said I am returning what is the process, he ask so I want him to process the return and email me the receipt, I said no, so he got up and we walked to the truck together to process the return. When he gets to the truck, he said it was cigarettes ashes in the cup holder and on the floor. I have never smoked anything in my life nor did I have any passengers in the vehicle. He said I am going to charge you $25 because my guys have to clean up “ashes” I said that was not me. Then he proceed to say, any mileage over is a 2$ charge and I was like WHAT, my receipt said $1.79, he says well it’s going to be $2, I said I am not paying 2$ because you want to come up with your own charges and that is unfair. I will be calling the corporate office to make a complaint. When I checked my bank account he charge me for mileage and the ashes in the car. This has to be the worst and most unprofessional experience to rent a uhaul truck I’ve ever experience. I will be calling corporate for a refund and to ask them to better trained their staff.

Agent was rude, Office Dark, Illegal overcharge 2 days for a 1 day rental, did not request rental Insurance because I have my own but agent tacked on two days of insurance for 1 day use, agent refused to provide receipt upon return, only vial email, suspicious now I know why.

Make sure that one-way rentals are filled with gas before customer pickup. It’s not fair to the customer to have to fill up the vehicle before they head to their destination. Also a $15 gas credit is not enough especially with the price of gas. $25 gas credit would be a lot better and accommodating to the customer.
