There was just one person in charge of everything. It took us forever to get the rental van; on top of that, I was definitely overcharged. The mileage did not make any sense. I had the worst experience with this rental.

MONICA DFinal rental receipt reports charges incongruent with quoted terms upon rental. Examples: liability coverage was not purchased but was charged. Additionally, a smaller environmental fee was charged with no prior notice.
